At getbarbar.com, we are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, timelines, and responsibilities.

 

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Business Days: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • High Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location.

 

Australia

We specialize in serving the Australian market.

  • Standard Shipping:  1–3 business days

 

International (Rest of World)

We ship globally to most countries.

  • Standard International:  3–7 business days

 

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing, which are beyond our control.

 

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)

getbarbar.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Special Notice for Australian Customers (Nicotine Regulations)

As of October 2021, the Australian Government (TGA) requires a valid prescription to import nicotine vaping products.

 
  • Customer Responsibility: By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are aware of these regulations. It is solely your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary documentation (such as a valid prescription) if requested by Australian Border Force.
  • Seized Packages: If your package is seized by Australian Customs (or any other country’s customs agency) due to lack of prescription or non-compliance with local laws:
  • We cannot offer a refund.
  • We cannot offer a replacement. The risk of importation lies entirely with the customer.

 

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

 

5. Damages and Lost Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@getbarbar.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Lost Packages: If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it is confirmed lost by the carrier (and not seized by customs), we will assist you in filing a claim or sending a replacement at our discretion.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout.
  • If you realize you made an error, contact support@getbarbar.com immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update it.
