• Importation Risks: You accept full responsibility for any products seized by Australian Border Force. We are not liable for fines, legal action, or seizure of goods resulting from non-compliance with Australian laws.

 

3.2 International Customers

• If you are located outside of Australia, you are responsible for ensuring that the products you order are legal for importation, possession, and use in your jurisdiction.
• We are not responsible for products seized by customs in your country.

Lost/Seized Packages:

• If a package is lost in transit by the courier, we will assist in tracking and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• If a package is seized by customs (Australian or International) due to regulations, we will NOT offer a refund.

Due to the nature of our products (consumable vaping goods), all sales are generally final for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Defective Products: If you receive a defective item (e.g., a “dead on arrival” vape), please contact us at support@getbarbar.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Wrong Item Sent: If we sent the wrong item, we will rectify the error at our cost.
• Returns Processing: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first for a return authorization.
